Whenever it may be known that a work contains relevant inaccuracies, misleading or distorted statements, the author will be asked to correct them immediately. If he did not, the work would be rejected or withdrawn from the magazine.
If any work whose content is fraudulent is detected, it will be rejected or withdrawn at the time that is known. In the latter case, readers and indexing systems will immediately be informed.
The evaluation process of the articles received for publication is as follows:
Confidentiality.
The original submitted will be treated as confidential matter. It cannot be shared or commented on with third parties, except for the exceptions that have been indicated by the editor. The reviewers may not use the content or ideas of the text, especially when it is not accepted, without the express written consent of the author.
Timing
The evaluators are given a period of two months to submit their report. If for any reason the evaluator could not meet the deadline, she or he will communicate this circumstance as soon as possible.
Objectivity
The evaluation must be based on objective criteria, supported by clear and well-founded arguments. It should not include personal criticism of the author of the text.
Identification of sources
Reviewers should point out possible publications that the author does not cite. They must also inform the Editorial Committee about the possible similarity with
other published text. Conflict of interests. Evaluators should not evaluate a work when they detect a conflict of interest due to the subject matter or for any other reason.
The assignment of an article to RECPC for online publication implies the past, present and future exclusivity of its edition on the Internet,
as well as the express permission to RECPC for a possible rebroadcasting of the work in another electronic format or in possible special editions
of this magazine made on paper.
